Because our magnets are made to order, we do not accept refunds unless you are not completely satisfied with your order. If you have any issues, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@infinitemagnets.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
